Selling Internally

Are you looking to sell to someone within the practice? For example:

  • An existing partner/expense sharing co-principal, or
  • An Associate

PFM can act as advisers covering the buy-in process as well as undertaking complex negotiations.

The service incorporates:

  • Practice Meeting - We will arrange to come to the practice, discuss your requirements and offer advice on a suitable selling strategy.
  • Report - A report will be sent to you after the meeting, with our detailed dental practice valuation as well as specific advice in relation to your practice sale/purchase, such as the different partnership routes.
  • Negotiations - PFM will handle the negotiations, to ensure that this is done in a professional manner and that important issues are discussed from the outset. As we will handle negotiations this allows working relationships to continue as normal within the practice.
  • Liaising with Solicitors & Accountants - we will follow the sale through to completion and ensure all parties are communicating effectively.

Our fee is usually charged on a 'fixed price' basis and includes the valuation meeting at the practice.
