BUYING A PRACTICE

Buying a practice can be a daunting prospect with so many factors to take into account.

If you have found a practice or you are buying into a partnership or expense sharing practice we could help you with:-

• A Valuation of goodwill, fixtures, fittings and equipment.

• Advice on Partnership or Expense sharing arrangements.

• Negotiation of Finance.
  Our charges for arranging finance are ½% of the loan amount (i.e. £750 for a loan of £150,000).
  However, where a bank or other lender pass us a procuration or introduction fee, this will be used to offset some or all of our charges.
